Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in new, resellable condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
